Andrew L. Gibaut earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from San Francisco State University and his Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013.
Early in his career, Andrew volunteered with the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley, representing clients in divorce, custody, and domestic violence matters. That experience fostered his commitment to providing accessible, compassionate representation to individuals navigating complex family situations.
Today, Andrew focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Litigation, including Trust and Probate Administration, Wills, and related disputes, while continuing to represent select clients in Family Law. His diverse experience in both areas allows him to approach each case with a comprehensive understanding of family dynamics, financial planning, and long-term asset protection.
Andrew is a Partner at R.S.C. Law Group, Inc., where he leads clients through every stage of the estate planning process with clarity and care. He also serves as a Board Member of The Carmel Foundation, reflecting his ongoing commitment to community service and support for local seniors and their families.
When not in the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cooking, traveling, and exploring the California coast together.
