A California native, Lechelle Mercier earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2019 and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2023. She was admitted to the California State Bar later that year.
Before joining R.S.C. Law Group in 2025, Lechelle practiced in Santa Clara County, where she gained valuable experience in criminal prosecution and defense, personal injury, and family law. This broad exposure to multiple practice areas refined her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of the courtroom process.
At R.S.C. Law Group, Lechelle dedicates her practice exclusively to family law, combining her legal training with her background in psychology to guide clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. She is known for her empathetic approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping clients feel supported, informed, and empowered at every stage of their case.
